Creators and Company began in 2019, originally rooted in marketing before evolving into a wellness collective designed to serve creativepreneurs. At the center is founder Monica McMillan, a Raleigh native and third-generation entrepreneur who bridges structure and soul in her work as a wellness advocate and guide and mixed media artist . She leads with a BIPOC, women-led team whose diverse perspectives bring inclusivity, culture, and authenticity into every offering. Our approach is rooted in tested agendas that blend mindfulness, creativity, and intentional design - shaping sessions where even 30 minutes can feel like an hour of stillness.
