Golden Lemon Ginger Turmeric Shot

Ingredients

  • 2 lemons, chopped (with peel)

  • 1 medium ginger root, chopped

  • 1 small turmeric root, chopped

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • ½ 1 cup filtered water, spring water, or coconut water (just enough to blend)

  • 1 teaspoon honey or agave (optional)


Instructions

  1. Wash and chop lemons, ginger, and turmeric.

  2. Add all ingredients to a blender with just enough liquid to help blend smoothly.

  3. Blend until smooth.

  4. Strain into a glass jar or shot-sized bottles.

  5. Store in the refrigerator and shake well before serving.


Take 1–2 oz (about a shot glass) daily.
