Ingredients
2 lemons, chopped (with peel)
1 medium ginger root, chopped
1 small turmeric root, chopped
1 teaspoon black pepper
½ 1 cup filtered water, spring water, or coconut water (just enough to blend)
1 teaspoon honey or agave (optional)
Instructions
Wash and chop lemons, ginger, and turmeric.
Add all ingredients to a blender with just enough liquid to help blend smoothly.
Blend until smooth.
Strain into a glass jar or shot-sized bottles.
Store in the refrigerator and shake well before serving.
Take 1–2 oz (about a shot glass) daily.
