What We Did

We consulted with the client to gain specific goals and data to create a strategy that recommend to use a monochromatic color scheme, cut costs and increase profits by 10% and a forecasted plan of 3 months and drive a event strategy for the spring to build partnerships. Also, we outline a social media schedule and strategy to create a connection with her audience.

Post - Report

Utilizing the monochromatic colors in the website and branding allowed the brand to create packaging and marketing materials (tangible and digital). This allowed the client to gain more newsletter subscribers, more sales during her restock launch, and pave her way as an expert streetwear stylist through Instagram and YouTube as her primary tools.

Pitch + Marketing Campaign Strategy Consulting for upcoming fashion show partnership with venue to help find designers and models.

What We Did

We created a pitch deck and did research on the market in Durham, NC to create a marketing campaign strategy to gain targeted designers (6) and models (10 - 12) for the fashion show, and created a budget for the show to gain approval. After approval from the venue and coordinator we created the strategy to create creative brief to execute the organic campaign video in the scope of 2 months.

The pitch was approved and  budget was granted as we moved forward with the strategy of the campaign video. The campaign video brought in participants when other followers shared the flyer through posting on their profile.

We created a marketing campaign strategy accompanied with a mockup of 2 variations of flyers for IG Story, Post, FB Post, and Story for a campaign for Black Friday to gain sales and for Giving Tuesday to donate and gain sales.

Our strategist created a purposeful campaign for Black Friday and Giving Tuesday around healthcare and giving back. Black Friday we saw an increase of sales by 10% and for Giving Tuesday an increase of 38% and website visits increased by 20% using a website marketing light-box/banner and Facebook and IG organic post and gave back a percentage to partnered life coaching business to giveaway to a special healthcare professional.

We curated an email and invoice template accompanied by a press kit to our like the purpose, sponsors, and pictures of consumers in the brand's clothing to pitch having merchandise in 10 major retail stores.

The Client sent the curated email and the manager accepted, our client presented the pitch and invoice form for an order and landed the deal in all 10 stores and later a partnership with a major clothing line.
