What is it?
Wellness - Driven Catering focuses on intentional meals and beverages that nourish the body and mind, crafted in collaboration with community partners who share our vision for balance, energy, and rejuvenation. Each menu is a celebration of nourishment and connection, bringing together food that feeds both the soul and the community.
Example meal

Food: A mixed greens salad with avocado for healthy fats, roasted sweet potatoes for complex carbohydrates and vitamins, pumpkin seeds for magnesium, and a light lemon-tahini dressing rich in antioxidants and calcium. Finished with a chia pudding topped with fresh berries for fiber, antioxidants, and natural sweetness, drizzled with honey to support immune health.
